Founded in 1964, the Thompson & Richardson Group is one of Lincolnshire's leading insurance broking and independent intermediaries.

The Group is represented throughout the county with offices in Sleaford, Lincoln, Boston and Grantham. We provide a professional Insurance Broking service for all our clients whether they insure their private car  or public quoted company via ourselves.

Our Lincolnshire base not only allows us to service clients throughout the county but also in Yorkshire, the Midlands, Norfolk and areas further a field.

Each office has its own team of specialist advisors to provide independent and unbiased advice, with Directors and senior members of staff being experienced professionals, committed to providing a quality service.  With over 70 members of staff, Thompson & Richardson are well positioned to accomodate Clients of all sizes, working also with local authorities, public bodies and schools.

Our success is built largely upon recommendation.  Our aim is to manage the insurance affairs of our clients in such a manner that they wish us to work with them on a long term basis. 

Whilst all of our offices specialise in Commercial Insurance, the Boston and Grantham offices offer a wide range of Personal Lines products to suit all members of the public.
